Rooms are basic but well-equipped, well-maintained, practical and convenient. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room housekeeping was excellent. Security seemed fine. One is self-contained and can choose when to eat out and when to eat in. Even for a short stay, I like that choice.

I must say that Newgrange is one of the most “friendly” hotels I’ve stayed in. First, friendly because the staffs were very approachable, kind and jolly. Whether you can see through their faces that they’re already tired and really wanted to go home, once you pass by in front of them they will smile at you like their batteries were not drained from the whole day work. Second, its in the cost. Cost friendly hotel is one of the characteristics that the guests are looking for and Newgrange has it. I am sure that you’ll not regret paying a fully furnished unit for your whole stay. Lastly, friendly with the environment. Newgrange is located in an area where clubs, vehicles and busy people lived. The time that we stayed in the condotel, I really love the ambiance of the condotel. It is relaxing despite the loud noises outside the establishment. I do really feel at home from the whole stay we had in Newgrange. I am looking forward for more amenities such as pool and billiards. Thank you Newgrange.

Stayed at this hotel for about a month. it was such a good experienced during my stay here. I felt so comfortable because it felts like I’m home. The one that i really liked about this hotel are the staffs. They are very nice and courteous to their guest, they always accompanied their staffs for whatever concern or needs they asked for, they always gave us assistance and priority to the guest. This hotel brought me to “Home” again even when I’m far from it. Because it is a condo type hotel, it consists of kitchen and receiving area like I’m on my own house so that i can cook. The Air conditions are functioning well, the rooms are very clean and pleasant. The Hotel provided elevator for the guest and the hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and bars. We can easily access to transport and also if we needed Cabs or Grab Car, the Staff will pick this up for you. Very good service!! Good Job.

Stayed at this hotel for 23 days, the customer service was amazing from day one, always greeted with a smile when arriving to the hotel, the rooms where also in a very good condition, AC working well, kitchen fully functional, comfy bed, they even have disneychannel! can’t get much better than that 😉 5/5 had a very great vacation, much thanks to Eduard and the other staff members for the hospitality

Feels like your own place.. Me and my friends booked a two-bedroom unit good for 4 pack for about 5 days. and I am so satisfied to their accommodations. From the moment we enter in the hotels the front desk officer and receptionist are so pleasant and polite. As we check in the room is too big and have good ambiance. i like the idea of portraits, paintings and classic figures. we really feel that this place is like my Own. It is basic, practical and convenient for a long term stay. We really enjoyed our stay because most of us love to cook, so it fits to our standard cause they have a Kitchen which is well-equipped. The staff are friendly. we could talk to them some stories and jokes which entertain us as well. I’ve used to call it “Home” not a room If you are looking for not far from your home Newgrange Condotel have a plenty of home for you.

I booked a two-bedroom unit for a US-based couple who were attending our family occasion at the nearby Ibarra’s party venue. My husband and I stayed with them. The condotel offers simple accommodation, yet with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The Manager sent someone to buy mineral water (without extra fee) and it was also nice of him to ask if we forgot anything that might be available at the convenient store. Our guests were also pleased that there was a church nearby (day after the party was a Sunday) and a McDonalds where we had breakfast. Highly recommended for families visiting Manila. This is a prime location, accessible to public transport. The room is spacious, complete with a living room, dining area and a kitchen, which is economical. But there are lots of restaurants in the area. Equating value for the price, really good!
